My name is Axel.
Born and raised in the Malmö area, I grew up obsessed with skateboarding.
A big part of it was filming my friends and editing video parts. Long days at skate spots, followed by nights of editing – pure heaven.
Over time and with a few injuries, skateboarding lost its spark, but my passion for creating videos grew.
After studying Visual Communications, I worked for over five years in-house as a videographer, later promoted to specialist. These years gave me a wide experience working across various platforms and media in multiple markets.
Now I mainly freelance as a filmmaker, but I’m always keen on working in production crews or assisting other creatives.
My base is Malmö, but I regularly work throughout Sweden and in the greater Copenhagen area and beyond. I’m globally mobile.
